After completing your tests, update the “Ai Tests by Team” spreadsheet. Mark your checkboxes and add specific notes for anything that felt wrong, confusing, slow, or inaccurate.

TESTING RULES

  • Do not tell the AI what answer you expect
  • Do not coach the AI during the test
  • Act like a real customer
  • Complete the full conversation before writing notes
  • Mark Pass, Needs Fix, or Retest in the spreadsheet
  • Include specific notes when something fails
